Do you offer three-bedroom apartments in Denton?

Yes. Our three-bedroom floor plans provide plenty of additional living space.

We're located just about 6 miles from the University of North Texas Campus.

Is Texas Woman's University nearby?

Yes. Texas Woman's University is just over 6 miles from The Lodge at Pecan Creeks.

Are the apartments close to Medical City Denton?

Medical City Denton is just 2 miles away, and can be reached by car in about 7 minutes or by bike in around 11 minutes.  

Is Interstate 35E easy to access?

Yes. Our location near Interstate 35E makes it easy to travel throughout Denton and surrounding communities. Whether you're commuting to work, heading to class, or planning a weekend outing, our convenient access to the highway simplifies your daily routine.

What do I need to apply for an apartment?

The application process typically includes completing an application, providing a valid government-issued photo ID, verifying income, and authorizing a background and credit screening. Our leasing team can walk you through the specific requirements and let you know if any additional documentation is needed.

Can I schedule a tour before applying?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. Visiting in person allows you to experience our amenities, explore available floor plans, and get a feel for the neighborhood while speaking directly with our leasing team.

Do you offer self-guided or virtual tours?

Currently, we offer guided and self-guided tours. We don't offer full virtual tours, but in our photo gallery you can find interactive videos of several of our floor plan options. 

Can I reserve an apartment?

If you've found a floor plan that meets your needs, our leasing team can explain the steps to reserve your future home. Availability and reservation options may vary, so we recommend contacting us as soon as you're ready to move forward.

Pet-Friendly Living

Are pets welcome at The Lodge at Pecan Creek?

Yes, we love pets. We welcome cats and dogs, as well as some non-traditional pets like turtles, birds, fish, hamsters, and non-poisonous frogs. 

Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are not permitted. Unless they're being used as assistance animals, dog breeds are also restricted. Be sure to contact us for more details! 

Are there places to walk my dog nearby?

You and your favorite pup will be able to explore our walking and biking trails, as well as nearby parks.

Is there an online resident portal?

There is! You'll have access to online services that make managing everyday tasks more convenient. 

How do I submit a maintenance request?

If something in your apartment or community needs attention, simply contact us via the Resident Portal, or by contacting the leasing office directly. Our maintenance team works diligently to respond promptly and resolve issues as efficiently as possible.

Is emergency maintenance available?

Yes. We understand that certain maintenance issues can't wait until the next business day. Emergency maintenance services are available for urgent situations that require immediate attention to help protect both residents and the property.
